Please be advised that our jurisdiction only extends to noise from operations conducted within DP World’s container terminals and logistics parks, rather than the entirety of the port or its surrounding areas. We recognise the challenges in accurately identifying the source of a particular noise disturbance, therefore, kindly request that you provide as much information as possible. This will enable us to assess your feedback thoroughly and action any necessary modifications required.
